GUARANTEE AND PREREQUISITES

All composite fillings have a 2-year warranty, while ceramic fillings (inlay, onlay, overlay and endo-crown) have a 3-year warranty.

We give a 3-year warranty on root canal treatments that involve root canal filling, which begins after a control X-ray of the treated tooth within 3 months of filling the canal.

This warranty for treated teeth does not apply to teeth burdened with process operations or teeth that have been treated unsuccessfully before us elsewhere.

For all performed prosthetic works, we make a handover protocol which the patient is obliged to sign, which completely agrees with the entire work that is handed over to him. This confirms that the patient has met all his expectations and the original agreement.

All metal - ceramic crowns, CAD / CAM - metal - free crowns, composite and ceramic bridges, Wironit and total dentures have a 5 - year warranty.

The warranty applies to partial or complete breakage of the material (composite or ceramic) and to technical damage to the prosthetic by breaking the ceramic and cracking of the bridge or prosthesis. We give a 2-year warranty on veneers.

Retention elements such as retention clasps, ie prostheses anchors, have a 2-year warranty.

The guarantee does not apply to temporary crowns, bridges and mobile dentures as temporary solutions. The guarantee is valid only if the patient follows the doctor's instructions and guarantee conditions (SEE PART WHEN WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE GUARANTEE).

For all performed implant-prosthetic works, we make a handover protocol which the patient is obliged to sign, in which she completely agrees with the entire work that is presented to her. This confirms that the patient has met all her expectations and the original agreement. Lifetime-factory guarantee on MIS and STRAUMAN NEODENT implants. Each of our implants carries a material guarantee (100% pure TITANIUM) which proves the absence of any material impurities.

The guarantee and originality of the implant is proven with the help of the implant passport (implant booklet) which we give to each patient with a unique serial number and code for each implant, as well as the date of installation.

The guarantee applies to the loss of the implant, partial or complete breakage of the implant. If any type of procedure is performed on the implants in another dental practice, the guarantee expires. In addition, we give a 5-10 year guarantee on the prosthetic components we install (Multi-Unit-Abutment and screw), depending on which implant system it is.

In case the implant is not osseointegrated for any reason, we replace the non-integrated implant at the expense of IDC Ružević exclusively to the client whose implant was installed in our clinic, provided that he followed all our instructions and came to regular post-operative check-ups in accordance with IDC Ružević.

If there is a loss of a dental implant, it is necessary to replace the prosthetic work. Taking into account the reasons for implant failure will depend on the fact who bears the cost of prosthetics. If the loss of the implant occurred immediately at the beginning of the prosthetic treatment, the cost of the new work is borne by IDC Ružević.

If the loss of the implant was due to non-attendance at the controls, poor hygiene and non-compliance with our instructions and reasons that could not be influenced by IDC Ružević, the cost of the new work is borne by the client.

· The patient does not come for regular check-ups and preventive dental examinations, at least once in 6 months to a year, depending on the assessment and instructions of the service provider,

· The patient does not maintain hygiene in the manner and according to the doctor's instructions on maintaining oral hygiene and with the recommended materials and devices (information available on the web and in the office).

· The patient incorrectly uses and does not maintain mobile prosthetic replacements (COMBINED WORKS WITH SPECIAL CONNECTIONS), and the damage is caused by the patient's negligence.

· The patient does not accept the therapy that needs to be carried out in case the control determines the possibility of developing diseases that can compromise work,

· There is a general disease that affects the patient's chewing system (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, chemotherapy, radiation in cancer patients),

· The patient significantly loses or gains weight over a short period of time (e.g. 6-12 months) which can significantly cause changes in both fixed and especially mobile work,

· If damage occurs due to incidents or emergency interventions caused by the use of external forces (e.g.. .sports, kicks, fights, falls, traffic accidents),

· If damage occurs due to poor eating and other habits,

· If any other damage occurs due to circumstances beyond the control of IDC Ružević.

· The patient generally does not follow the doctor's instructions from the very beginning or refuses the therapy for the protection of prosthetic works, e.g.: regular wearing of a special protective splint at night (FOR THE PROTECTION OF TEETH) if it is prescribed as part of the therapy.
